The following terms and conditions are between MINDCOM Technologies, a Private Limited company based in Bengaluru, India, and its affiliates ("MINDCOM”, "MINDCOM Technologies”, “MINDCOM Group”, “MINDCOM Services”, "We," or "Us", "Our"), and all users (collectively referred to as "CLIENT", "Users", or "You"). By signing up with MINDCOM for its School ERP software, you automatically agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
MINDCOM Technologies has created one of the most sophisticated and user-friendly ERP systems for educational institutes. Simplified administrative procedures are guaranteed by this ERP system, including online learning, payroll, admissions, fee, timetable, attendance, and various other operations. Our ERP software provides a one-stop platform for secure and trouble-free school administration. The cloud-based school ERP software has numerous advantages when it is implemented in schools.
We reserve all rights to make modifications, or updates to our product with or without any prior notice to its users. It is the responsibility of the users to review the updated terms and conditions and the same is binding on users.
The client adheres to meaning the confidentiality of the agreement including your account credentials and other related aspects. You agree to utilize the school ERP services for legal activities only and must not indulge in any illegal activities directly or indirectly. It includes any criminal activity, misleading other clients, or conducting unethical events that compromise our confidentiality and reputation.
Users must use the assigned login credentials to access the School ERP software as no unregistered username and password have access to our services. Stolen or shared credentials are strictly prohibited and strict action will be taken in such cases.
MINDCOM is focused and committed to protecting CLIENT privacy and information from outside threats. We take robust measures to secure users’ data with advanced security protocols available at this point in time. It includes these things but is not limited to encryption, secure passwords, AWS, and SSL network connections.
The Client agrees to pay all applicable fees as agreed upon with the client for using our School ERP Solutions. You must bear the one-time implementation, training, and resource charges, wherever and whichever is/are applicable. The payment by the user is to be made on a monthly/quarterly/half-yearly/yearly basis depending on the agreement with our sales team. An official prior notice is required by the CLIENT if it wants to change the payment frequency from the one agreed between you and MINDCOM.
Unless the CLIENT serves notice of discontinuing use of software, prior to the expiration of the current Subscription, MINDCOM will automatically renew the Subscription for the original period after its expiry as per the agreement.
MINDCOM takes all possible measures to protect CLIENT privacy and information from outside threats. MINDCOM takes robust measures to secure CLIENT data with advanced security protocols. It includes these things but is not limited to encryption, secure passwords, and SSL network connections.
MINDCOM reserves all the rights to suspend or terminate CLIENT ERP account without prior notice for any reason including, but not limited to, a violation of the Terms and Conditions.
The CLIENT agrees to indemnify MINDCOM from losses and damages of any kind. The CLIENT shall bear all expenses for any legal suit or action that might be filed against MINDCOM for alleged violation of the copyrights or tries to steal our design and/or develop a duplicate copy of the Software. All legal disputes shall be resolved in competent court of law under the jurisdiction of Bengaluru.
