- Attendance Records: Attendance records are used in a variety of settings to track and monitor attendance, which can help with a number of purposes, including: Tracking student attendance, Teachers can use attendance records to track student attendance and participation, as well as to identify absences or tardiness. This information can help teachers identify problems and resolve them. Attendance records can also help students develop discipline and punctuality.
- Payment Method: We use your Bank Account information and UPI information to fulfil the institutional payment criteria.
- Transactional records: we keep all data regarding fees and payment and the amount to be paid, receipts of the previously paid fees.

- MINDCOM Technologies collects some of your basic information using third-party sources. If you encounter our campaign on your social media handle like Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp and fill out the forms or participate in our public event, reviews, or interact then our servicer automatically fetches or asks you to share some details. It helps us to understand our clients and provide insights to improve our products for a better user experience.
Legal Compliance:
- We may disclose your information to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal processes. This could include responding to lawful requests from government authorities, court orders, or other legal obligations that require us to disclose information about our users.

4. ELIGIBLITY CRITERIA
- Our services are strictly prohibited from use by anyone who is below the age of 18.
- MINDCOM Technologies does not develop and sell its ERP software/services to the under-age individual.
- We do not have a policy or regulation to collect the information of a child under 18 and immediately identify such personals through our advanced tracking servers.

- The arbitration shall be conducted by one (01) arbitrator who shall be appointed mutually by both the parties. The seat of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, India.
- Each party shall bear its own costs in connection with the arbitration proceedings, and the parties shall share equally the fees and expenses of the arbitrator(s).
- Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek preliminary injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction if, in its reasonable judgment, such action is necessary to avoid irreparable harm.
